Built for programs with clinical rotations
Nursing (RN, BSN, LPN), radiography, EMT and paramedic, surgical technology, medical assisting, dental hygiene, respiratory care, PTA and OTA, sonography, medical lab and other health-science programs. Each program gets its own list of requirements, its own deadlines and its own clinical sites. For colleges, universities, technical colleges and hospital-based programs. Not for K-12 schools.
What Pact keeps for each student
Immunizations and TB
MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, Tdap, flu and COVID records or titers, and TB results by skin test, blood test or chest X-ray. Each requirement can accept more than one way to meet it, with its own renewal period.
CPR, insurance and forms
CPR or BLS cards, health insurance cards, signed handbooks, confidentiality forms and any other document your sites ask for. Each one is dated, so you know exactly when it runs out.
Drug tests and background checks
Students order them in the portal and go to a nearby collection site. Pact uses its own national lab and background check partners. Results go only to the people at your school who need them, and are never part of Pact Compliance Review.
Declinations, shown honestly
When a student signs a vaccine declination or has an exemption, it counts for your program, and each site's rules say whether that site accepts it. A site never sees it as a plain "Declined".
Reminders that do the chasing
Students get reminders 30, 14 and 7 days before anything expires, and before each due date you set. You see who is cleared, who is at risk and who is behind, for the whole roster.
Clinical sites and placements
Keep each site's capacity, contact and affiliation agreement, with a reminder before the agreement runs out. Place students at sites with dates, unit, shift and instructor.
Proof for the hospital in one link
When a clinical site asks whether your students are cleared, send the site a secure link. It shows only the students you chose, with their approved records. The access code goes in a separate email, the link has an end date, and every view is logged. Drug test and background check results are never on the link.

Drug tests from $40
10-panel $40. Drug test with alcohol (one urine test) $50. 12-panel $55. Ordered in the portal; the student goes to a nearby collection site.
Background checks $35 or $70
Standard $35. Premium $70 adds a 7-year county criminal search and a FACIS Level 3 healthcare sanctions search.
Students pay online, or the school pays on one invoice. Online orders are final sale.
Clinical shifts and verification letters
Post dated shifts at each site with unit, instructor and seats. Assign students yourself, or let students claim open shifts. Worked shifts go into each student's hours log. When a site wants a letter instead of a link, make a verification letter for the students you pick: it lists everyone who meets every requirement as of today, and names anyone left out and why.

- Choose who pays. Students pay online for their own tracking, tests and checks, or they sign up with your program's code and the school gets one invoice.
- Students upload from their phone. No app to install. If an upload can't be used (blurry, the wrong document, expired or someone else's name), the student is told why and asked for a new copy.
- Pact usually checks each document within minutes, 24/7. You watch the roster fill in, and send each site its link when your students are cleared.
What Pact doesn't do
- It doesn't decide whether a student may attend clinicals. Your program and your sites decide. Pact keeps the records current and the proof in one place.
