Ordering from Pact
Can I order for myself?
Yes. Job applicants, workers and students can order a drug test, a background check or a course for themselves. Courses are for people 18 or older.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final on drug tests, background checks and courses.
Can my results go to my employer or school?
Yes. Name the employer or program at checkout and the result or report goes to them too.
Is a drug test here a DOT test?
No. They're non-DOT tests. Jobs covered by DOT rules need a DOT test ordered by the employer; see Pact's DOT programs.

A 5-panel or 10-panel for $40, a drug test with alcohol for $50 (one urine test) and a 5-panel with fentanyl for $89. Each is collected at a Quest Diagnostics patient service center, with MRO review. See every drug on each test.
I'm an employer with ongoing testing. Is there an account?
Yes. Online orders are for pre-employment and other one-time tests. For random, post-accident or reasonable-suspicion testing, open an employer account. It has no monthly fee and takes about five minutes. It adds random testing and the portal, at $40 for a 5- or 10-panel, $50 for the drug test with alcohol, $89 for the 5-panel with fentanyl and $69 for an alcohol test on its own.
