Privacy notice

Updated October 3, 2026. This covers the public website, pactcompliance.com. The client portal (portal.pactcompliance.com) is covered by your service agreement.

What we collect here

• What you send us. If you use the pricing form, the online signup form or email us, we get what you type: your name, company, email, phone, number of drivers and states. The forms send it to our client portal (hosted on Amazon Web Services in the U.S.) and to Josh by email. We use it only to answer you and, if you sign up, to set up your account.
• Site statistics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. It uses cookies and collects things like pages viewed, the device and browser, rough location, and how you found the site. It does not tell us who you are. Google's own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
• What Analytics counts. Page views, plus clicks on the signup and phone links, pricing form sends, and video plays. It never records what you type into a form.
• Hosting. This site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard security logs (such as IP address and browser) to protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and page speed; it uses no cookies and, Cloudflare says, does not collect visitors' personal data.
• Videos. Our how-to videos play from our own server. No outside video service tracks you.

How long we keep it

Pricing requests and emails are kept while we're in touch and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Google Analytics keeps site statistics for up to 14 months. Clients' program records are kept for the periods federal rules require, under the service agreement.

Do Not Track

Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals aren't a standard, so the site doesn't respond to them. You can block Analytics with Google's add-on above or your browser's tracking protection.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that run this site and our email.
