What does "first month free" mean?
No monthly fee for the rest of the month you sign or the next full month. Tests and checks you order are still billed.
Is the sample portal the free month?
No. The sample portal is a separate 30-day demo with a made-up company. The free month is the first month of your real plan.
How fast can we start?
Send your list in any format, even a photo, and Pact loads it. A fleet's drivers join the random pool the same day payment is set up.
Who owns our records?
You do. Download them any time, and get all of them at no charge when you leave.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, for nursing home resident records, before the first resident is added. Staff records are employment records.
