Pact Compliance runs compliance files for trucking fleets, NEMT providers, care providers, staffing agencies, hospitals and schools, from Cordova, Tennessee.
Who runs it
I'm Josh Smith, and I own Pact Compliance. I spent about ten years running drug testing and background screening programs for colleges, nursing and allied health programs and employers before I started Pact in September 2026.
Pact is a new company, so you won't find a long list of clients here, and we won't make one up. Judge the work instead: open the sample documents, try the sample portal, and start with the first month free, month to month.
