These terms cover texts from Pact Compliance's business number, 901-666-6970. Updated October 21, 2026.

Pact Compliance account and service texts.

What we text

We only text people who opted in. The texts are:

• Replies to your questions.
• Follow-ups about your price and signup.
• Appointment and demo confirmations.
• Account and compliance reminders for customers.

How you opt in

On our price and signup form at portal.pactcompliance.com/start, you can enter a mobile number and tick a box. The box is never ticked for you. It reads:

"Yes, Pact Compliance may text me about my price, signup and account at this number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent is not required to buy."

You don't have to agree to texts to buy from us.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to stop. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, we stop texting that number.
