Pricing questions
What does "first month free" mean?
On a monthly plan there is no monthly fee for the rest of the month you sign or the next full month. Tests and background checks you order are still billed.
Is the sample portal the free month?
No. The sample portal is a separate 30-day demo filled with a made-up company, so you can look around before you buy. The free month is the first month of your real, paid plan.
Who counts as active?
People on your roster who are working for you. People who have left aren't billed.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee. Month to month: either side can end it with 30 days' written notice, with no cancellation fee, and your records export free.
Can I get a refund on an online order?
No. Online orders (drug tests, background checks and training courses) are final sale.
