Here's how Pact keeps your workers' credentials current, and shows who's cleared for which facility. Your Today page lists what needs you, most urgent first: a worker at a facility without everything it asks for, uploads waiting for your review, and anything expired or running out. Each worker has one checklist, built from your requirement list. Workers send their documents from their phone, and Pact checks each one against written criteria. Anything unclear waits for your reviewers. On each facility's page, every worker shows as cleared, or exactly what's missing for that facility.
