Here's how your workers get their documents to you. Add a worker with their name, discipline and email, or import your whole list from a spreadsheet. On the worker's checklist, send their upload link. It goes to their email, works once, and lasts 48 hours. The worker opens their own page on their phone, sees what's still needed, and sends a photo or a PDF of each item. If the link runs out, they can get a new one themselves. After that, Pact emails the worker and your recruiters thirty, fourteen and seven days before anything runs out, and again once it has. Questions? Call Josh at 901-517-7450.
