Here's what happens after a worker sends a document. Pact checks each upload against written criteria for that item. Only a clean document is approved on its own. Declinations, background checks and drug screens always go to a person. Everything else waits for you, on the Credentials page. Open the file, choose how it meets the requirement, and enter the date on the document. Pact works out when it runs out. Approve it, or send it back with a reason the worker will see. Questions?
