Here's how to set a facility's own rules, and what happens when a facility asks you not to send someone back. Some facilities are stricter than your list. On the facility, open Stricter than your list. Accept only a blood test for TB, or a physical dated within the last year. A worker who doesn't meet them shows as missing for that facility only. On the share link, the facility can tell you about a worker. A manager picks Please don't send this person back, says what happened, and adds their name. It reaches you right away.
