Find a Drug Test Location Near You
Pact's drug tests are collected at Quest Diagnostics patient service centers. To find one, go to Quest's location search, choose "Employer Drug and Alcohol" as the test needed, and enter your zip code. Each location's page shows its hours and directions. Make an appointment if you can, because Quest serves appointments before walk-ins. Check for a site near you before you order, since Pact sales are final.

Where Pact's tests are collected
When you order Pact's $40 10-panel, Pact registers the order with Quest and emails you a donor pass, usually within one business day (Monday to Friday). You take the donor pass and a government-issued photo ID to a Quest patient service center. Nothing is paid at the site.
How to search
- Go to Quest's location search at questdiagnostics.com/locations/search.
- Under Test Needed, choose "Employer Drug and Alcohol."
- Enter your zip code. Quest's site says to use a zip code, not a city name, for best results.
- Pick a radius: 10, 25, 50 or 75 miles. The default is 50.
- Select Search. Results are listed by distance.
Reading the results
The results can include two kinds of sites. Quest's own patient service centers are listed as "Quest Diagnostics" followed by the area name, and have a link to schedule online. Other listings have "(Preferred)" after the name. These are other collection sites in Quest's network.
Pact's tests are for a Quest patient service center, so pick a "Quest Diagnostics" listing. If the only sites near you are marked "(Preferred)," call Pact at 901-666-6970 before you order.
Quest also notes that testing varies by location. Click a site's name to see its details.
Appointments and walk-ins
You can walk in, but appointments come first. Quest's patient page says appointments are strongly encouraged and take priority over walk-ins, and walk-ins may be seen at the next available opening.
A few tips from Quest's own pages:
- Check in 10 minutes before your appointment. If you check in more than 10 minutes late, you are served as a walk-in.
- Centers are usually busiest in the early morning.
- Donors usually have shorter waits in the afternoon.
- Your donor pass email explains how to schedule.
Hours
Hours differ by site. Quest says each location's page shows the days and hours it's open, plus a map and driving directions. Check that page for the day you plan to go, especially for Saturdays. Allow enough time before closing for check-in and the collection.
Choosing between sites
- Distance. Results show how far each site is from your zip code.
- Hours on the day you plan to go. A closer site that closes early may not be the best pick.
- Online scheduling. Quest's own centers have a link to schedule an appointment.
- Your plans for the day. If you will be near work or school, search that zip code too.
Making, changing or canceling an appointment
Quest's employer drug testing pages link to its online scheduler, where you can make, change or cancel an appointment. If you can't make your time, change it rather than skipping it, so you aren't served as a walk-in when you arrive.
If you bring children, bring another adult too. Quest says drug test rules often don't allow children to go with you during collection, and its waiting area isn't attended.
If there's no site near you
- Try a larger radius, up to 75 miles.
- Try the zip code where you work or will be that week.
- Call Pact at 901-666-6970 before you order. All sales are final, so it's worth checking first.
- If your employer or school names a specific testing company, use that company.
New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island
If you will be tested in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island, call Pact at 901-666-6970 before you order. Our guide to ordering your own drug test explains why.
What to bring on the day
Bring your donor pass (printed or on your phone) and a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport or military ID. Quest says the collector will ask you to empty your pockets, leave bags behind and wash your hands. Our guide on what to expect at a drug test walks through each step.
