How Pact helps

The program on file

Your state, the notice to employees and its date, the effective date and the renewal, with reminders before the certification lapses.

Training records

Employee education and supervisor training for each person - counted over the last year, since North Dakota wants it yearly.

Testing records

Every test and result in one place, ready when the insurer or the state asks. Drug testing through Pact's own lab network opens soon; until then, keep your current lab.

No monthly fee

Workplace testing is pay per test: $40 for a 5-panel or 10-panel lab drug test (opening soon). The portal comes with it.
