What a driver sees on test day, how to report a problem at the collection site, and tests that stall

What the video says

Here's what your driver sees when you send them for a test, and what you see when something goes wrong. When you order a test with a collection site, the driver's page shows where to go and what to bring. If there's a problem, like the site is closed, they tap Problem at the site. It's timestamped, so there's a record they went. You and Pact are told at once, and it's at the top of your Today page, so you can tell them where to go now. Today also flags a test nobody collected a day after it was ordered, a result still out four days after collection, and random selections you haven't sent, with reminders at thirty, fourteen, seven and three days left.
