What the video says
Here's how a nursing home, hospice or home care agency keeps its own staff's credentials current in Pact. Your Today page shows how many staff have everything current, what has expired, and which licenses and cards haven't been checked with the issuer yet. Each person has one checklist. Nurse aides also get the registry check, yearly in-service training, and the annual performance review. Here, the in-service hours are missing. The credentials page lists what's running out. Staff with an email on file are reminded at thirty, fourteen and seven days, and send the renewal from their phone. Every month, Pact checks your staff against the federal O I G exclusion list and the Medicaid lists of twenty-four states, and keeps each check as your proof. It's ten dollars per staff member a month, with a two hundred fifty dollar minimum, and the first month is free. Questions? Call Josh at 901-517-7450.
