If you keep your own lab and MRO, your MRO has to send Pact a copy of every result. Here's how to set that up. On your Today page, click the step, Tell your MRO to copy Pact on every result. It opens a one-page letter with your company already filled in. Click Print, or save it as a PDF. Fill in any blanks, sign it, and send it to your MRO. Then send Pact a copy. Questions?
