Wyoming background check laws for employers
Wyoming has no state fair-chance law, no credit-check limit, and no consumer reporting rules for employment screening beyond federal FCRA that were found. A person whose arrest or charges were expunged may respond to inquiries as if they did not occur. Wyoming requires fingerprint checks for state health department and state institution workers who may have access to the elderly or vulnerable people, but no statute requiring checks by private health care employers was found.
